"Jessy" - Dress by Juliana

I always loved the top with jacket from World Adventures, but the leggings never make me happy :(
So I decided to make this dress using the parts I liked of the outfit.

- For female young adults and adults only.
- Base Game compatible.
- This dress are under everyday and formal categories.
- Four recolorable areas.
